Hockey Nova Scotia Female Hockey Tournament Policy
All Female teams, excluding MMFHL teams, are restricted to three (3) sanctioned tournaments per season.
Exclusions:
- League and Provincial tournaments
- Christmas Break Date TBD
- Annually. Dec 22nd – Jan 2nd, 2025
- March Break scheduled tournaments
- Tournaments scheduled after the Female Provincial Championships
Teams must identify their chosen tournaments by October 15 and provide this information to the HNSFC Scheduling Coordinator. In the event of tournament cancellation, the team can contact the HNSFC Scheduling Coordinator to schedule an alternate tournament.
Teams are reminded that league play takes precedent over tournaments.
Tournaments may also be posted on the Hockey Nova Scotia website.
Tournament Submission Requirements
After the Tournament Application Form is submitted, the Regional Director will review the application for approval.
If you would like to have your tournament posted on our site and the Hockey Nova Scotia website, once apporved, please complete the Hockey Nova Scotia Google Form.
