LOOKING AHEAD TO THE WEEKEND
ALL SEVEN TEAMS IN ACTION ON OCTOBER 16, 17
After a weekend off for what was supposed to be the Atlantic Challenge Cup, the MMFHL will be back in action on October 16 and 17. However, the originally scheduled games are not taking place due to the circuit-breaker travel restrictions in place in New Brunswick.
As mentioned in a previous article, the games being played this weekend have been moved in to replace the inter-provincial matchups that have been moved to dates later in the season. So now, here is a look ahead to what is coming up this weekend.
NEW BRUNSWICK GAMES:
EDZA East Moncton Subaru Rockets at EDZA West Reds - Saturday, October 16, 2:30pm (Grant-Harvey Arena) - Head to Head Season Series Reds lead 1-0-1
EDZA East Moncton Subaru Rockets at Fundy Nationals - Sunday, October 17, Time TBA (Venue TBA) - Head to Head Season Series tied 1-1
The Rockets hit the road for back-to-back games against their in-province rivals. It will be their third meeting of the season against each of their opponents.
