Jacqueline’s work ethic, compassion, and dedication have made an incredible impact on her players, both on and off the ice. She has taken on every aspect of leading her team—coaching, managing, organizing team activities, scheduling games (and reschedules!), and fostering a strong sense of teamwork, especially during tournaments.

Beyond the rink, Jacqueline has led two successful charity events, raising funds for IWK and cancer research, rallying her community for important causes.

But perhaps her greatest impact is on the young athletes she mentors. Many of her players have found renewed confidence in their abilities under Jacqueline’s leadership. She has instilled belief, resilience, and teamwork, helping the Western Riptide become a tight-knit, cohesive unit.

On top of all that, Jacqueline’s leadership has inspired those around her, including a fellow coach who credits her with developing their coaching skills across multiple sports.
