As we approach Veterans’ Week, we would like to share the following Veterans Affairs Canada initiative: Hockey leagues and associations across Canada are being invited by the department to host commemorative puck drops at their rinks from Nov. 5-11.
We would like to pass along a reminder that as in previous season, all new hockey parents and guardians are required to take the Respect in Sport Parent Program.
Hockey Nova Scotia is proud to support Brock McGillis as he embarks on his mission to engage with over 100 hockey teams in 100 days as part of his Shift Makers Tour. Brock will be in Nova Scotia from Oct. 22-26 and he is available to speak with your association.
Like in the case of the Dressing Room Policy, this is also the second season in which theHockey Canada Gender Expression/Gender Identity Policywill be in place.
